“The sandals are quite comfortable, but I doubt that they are made in Italy. There is no Italy stamp or origin statement on the box (though a blurry "made in Italy" stamp is on the insole). They are supposed to be leather, but there is no leather marking at all, anywhere.
It's marked "40" on the sole, but "9 1/2" on the insole.
Having purchased Italian leather sandals in the past, I get the sense from these that they are made in China of man made materials.
But having said this, they look nice, are stylish etc... but overpriced.”
