I have a high arch and I had a very hard time getting my foot into these boots. I know that is not a normal problem for most but it is for me. I also didn't like how the fabric got stuck in the zipper quite easily. But once I had the boots on over my arch, they were warm and comfortable. Just wish I could put them on easier.

I searched the internet for a very long time before I found these boots. They are so comfortable and the sizing was perfect. I'm a 6 1/2 and since they only sell them in whole sizes and suggest you order the size below I ordered a 6. Fit is fabulous even with heavy socks, but with the insulation I don't think heavy socks will be necessary. Very stylish and, frankly, I wish it were winter so I can wear them all the time! You cannot beat the price and the comfort is amazing.

I have several Santana boots and love them. Still looking for the right warm waterproof boot, I thought this would do it. But sadly, they don't measure up. I knew they would be puffy like a puffer jacket, but the top fold over wool cuff is jus plain weird. It is difficult to zip up all the way with the big nylon gusset under the zipper, so, even though I have normal calves and have no problem with other boots, these were tight around the calf when I struggled with them to zip. I found that unsnapping the wool cuff first helped--but too much trouble. Even then, I would have kept them except that the sole was a more narrow wedge with not good tread, which meant that footing on icy surfaces would be iffy. I think this is more of a fashion boot than utilitarian.
