Ara Barb Microfiber Gore-Tex® Zip Boots - Waterproof (For Women)

I have such a hard time finding stylish shoes since I have bunions and plantar fasciitis, but these Ara boots are like a dream come true! They have great arch support and the fabric material stretches so they don't hurt my bunions. I have thin legs and I hate it when boots have lots of extra room in the calves, but these are perfect.

These are so very comfortable and warm. No wear in period. Looks great with pants. A little thick at the ankle, but overall I am so pleased. I ordered a half size up as suggested and maybe are a tad big but will work well with thick socks.

Loved these boots, they were comfortable in the foot area, well made, and stylish for a boot that could be worn in the snow and slush. However, I was very disappointed that this boot was made extremely narrow thru the calf. I have fairly trim legs and was suprised that once I hit the calf area I could not even get them zipped up.

These boots are great-- I wanted a pair I could wear with skirts when the weather turns nasty-- and these fit the bill. I usually don't wear much of a heel, but I find these very comfortable. I ordered the 10.5, as I generally wear a 10 or a 10.5, and they fit very well.

Really, really wanted these to work. Had been looking for black fabric, weather proof boots for over a year. The price was great and they felt good at a half size larger than what I usually wear. However, they were so tight in the calf that I could not keep them, and my calves are not large. Looking at the reviews before I bought, others commented on this problem, but I was still hoping they would work. If you have VERY slender legs these might work, but I think they would be too big in the ankle area if the calf fits.
