Ara Bea Microfiber Gore-Tex® Boots - Waterproof (For Women)

I bought these boots for travel. Because of airline baggage weight restrictions, I wanted a lightweight rain shoe that could do double duty as a regular comfortable, but stylish shoe. I don't like traveling and looking like a tourist, I like to blend in so no jeans and sneakers for me, which announce loudly, "I'm a tourist from the USA" These fit the bill perfectly. No breaking in period, comfy, straight out of the box, walked all day in them and did not feel fatigued any more than I might wearing a sneaker. Sometimes waterproof shoes get hot and sweaty, not these breathable comfortable shoes

Great price for stylish waterproof boots, but I decided to return them due to the strange fit and stiff zippers.

These are very nice - quite simple, with clean lines and seem to be well made. They run a bit slim, but that is good for me as I have skinny feet - so that is great! I like the fact that they are Gore-Tex and will be something nicer that I can wear in foul weather, as opposed to ordinary rain boots or clunky foul-weather boots.

This was the last pair available, since I normally wear 6 1/2 I got them. They still feel a little tight. I should have gotten a 7 in order not to have a breaking in time. I had to remove the inner sole and wear light socks so that they felt ok.

I wear these in any kind of weather- cold, rain, snow and they always look good. These boots are truly waterproof! They are the first boots I think of wearing. This is my third pair.
