I ordered 7.5 medium (I wear Euro 38 normally, and from 7 to 8 in US sizes since they vary so much from designer to designer), and the shoes are marked "5F". The length and width are true to size, but toebox feels somewhat narrow. Since these shoes are all leather, I hope they will stretch to conform to my feet. The leather lining feels so luxurious and soft, and the shoes are very well made. The insole offers ample support, and what I love most is that the sides are higher than other flats out there, so my foot doesn't slip out as I walk. The tan leather with copper-tone cap is such a pretty combination and will match many outfits.

I had the same pair in grey a few years ago (unfortunately, one heel collapsed on the inside and was beyond repair) and was always looking to replace them.
When wearing them for the first time, they felt a bit narrow, but that changed soon, and they became extremely comfortable.

The leather (both upper and lining) are good quality and the style is adorable. The sole is somewhat flexible and there is some cushioning (more than most shoes in this price range for sure). The reason I sent them back was that the left shoe made a weird "whooshing" noise with every step I took and it was quite loud. This has never happened to me before with any shoe, so I assume that this was defective. I did not reorder another pair because the sides of the shoes came up a little high and hit my ankles in what may have turned out to be very bad if I wore them all day.
