Very nice quality, but weird fit

No, I would not recommend this to a friend

This is a European company apparently, so the construction quality is in line with some of the best Euro brands like Ecco. Unfortunately, the fit is oddly cavernous. If you have tall and/or wide feet, these might work great for you. If you have a fairly athletic foot shape and normally wear a M or D width, or if you find that tying some shoes tightly enough brings the uppers almost together, this is not the shoe for you.
