They were a little tight at the toes...perhaps a tad short, and the instep/arch area was huge. the ankle was positively cavernous. Is it possible that they size up the entire boot when increasing the shoe size? I have a high instep too...so I usually don't have this problem. Long feet with normal ankles, oh where shall I boot thee? Returned them.

Question “THe ankle circumference is not listed for these boots. What is it?”

Answer For size 7.5 the top of the boot is 10.5 inches. The decorative strap hits right on my ankle and that circumference is 11.75 inches.|The circumberence of my ankle is 8.75 inches and where the top of the boot hits my leg measures 7 inches.
