“Disappointed”

“I have a wide-ish foot and ordered a half-size up (as suggested)from my usual 7 1/2 and also added the "wide" option. For shoes that were described as running small, I thought I had hit on the perfect size combination. Well, I thought wrong. The shoes fit like clod-hoppers--even with socks. They were shapeless and felt like blocks on my feet when I walked. They were light blocks, but blocks just the same. Despite the promises of an ergonomic gait, these clogs made my gait unnatural. The shoe top is made of one piece and the leather didn't look properly molded, but slightly puckered and crooked--but maybe that's just my pair. On the plus side, the copper color was cool--I thought it was really interesting and attractive and would add some fun zip to outfits.”
