Arche Lilly Leather Flats (For Women)

Despite putting many miles on my first Arche shoes I got back in early 2000s, I still use them and they still look great. I got several more from this brand over the years; the lighter colours get stained easier – nubuck – and they retire sooner; otherwise, Arche shoes are "undestroyable." They are very comfortable for city walking; latex soles absorb shocks very well and nubuck leather is soft and comfortable. They are normal shoes, not special orthopedics; hence, they have a normal/standard arch support. This particular style, Lilly, looks great with pants, a skirt or even shorts; they are great for summer. As for size, I am Eur 38 and US 7 (some call it 6.5 so for the sake of an argument, when standing on my foot, it measures exactly 23cm), on a narrow side. Size 7 in these shoes fits me very well. I was very happy to find Sierra carrying them at a fraction of what they normally cost and I'll keep my eyes open for finding more from this brand as well as the colours I missed on.

I love Arche shoes. But these were a poor fit for me. The nubuck leather rubbed my toenails in the most irritating way. There is no toe-box so the shoe sits on top of your toes. It is designed to wear without socks (perforated) so that will not solve the problem. The fit was otherwise dead on and the color beautiful. Back they went sorry to say.

The most comfortable Shoes I own. Look good and feel even better. Good for walking.

very disappointed in this arche shoe - others that i have are true to size, comfortable and well worth the price....perhaps that's why these were so discounted.

these feel a bit narrow, but only on one foot, so it probably is my feet that are to blame. That's why I own shoe stretchers, which is where the shoes are now, and hopefully will give me just a little more room for my little toe! Very cute and soft otherwise and fun colors for summer.
