“First softshell I've ever purchased as well as first Arc'Teryx product. Had it a week and seems pretty solid. The insulation didn't disappoint; the warmth to weight is excellent. It cuts wind effectively and shed decent snowfall no problem. Was warm with a mid weight base layer down to 15F. The cuffs are perfect @ the wrist but way too tight when pushed up to the forearm. I have a large neck and even for me, it is cut too big when zipped up. The chest and inside pockets are on the small side. Most disappointing though was the stitching. I thought for a $300(retail) fleece jacket the finishing would be top quality, but was instead standard Chinese import. Mediocre quality control on the stitching and threading finishing details. Overall seems pretty nice softshell.”
