“This is a pretty nice hoodie, particularly for the price. Not sure I would have bought it at full retail, but at [$] it's a steal. It's certainly made for tall skinny dudes, which isn't surprising for Arc'Teryx clothing. I'm 5'8" and a little more stout, so I find the arms a little long, as well as the torso. But the torso length actually works, it doesn't look as long as it feels. It's almost slimming...The hood is a strange shape, it's almost a balaclava shape. I imagine as technical wear, the hood will be warmer with less wind getting in because it's got good head coverage, but if you're expecting your 1970's cotton pullstring hood (the "Kenny" fit:-) ), it doesn't have that. In fact, there is no drawstring. All in all, it works. Fits nice, stylish. Itchier than an Icebreakers shirt so wouldn't wear it without at least a t-shirt baselayer, but not a particularly itchy wool... Breathable, will probably be excellent for skiing under a softshell or for fall biking around town.”
