Unfortunately, they fit like a glove. Will need hemming but better than too short. Arc'teryx is a great brand and these should work well for every day use (I'm a nurse) as well as hiking or travel pants. They are pricey but a real bargain at STP.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Yue from Pittsburgh on Monday, May 25, 2015This pant is very good for backpacking. It seems that this is the best quick-drying pant of Arc'teryx. I use this in Grand Canyon. It's perfect. And STP helps me save a lot!!!

Verified Buyer Reviewed by Rocket from Honolulu on Thursday, June 12, 2014I bought these in a size 10 long (35") and I'm 5'8" 145 pounds. They are long and will need to be hemmed, but the other lengths would have been too short (and who likes floods?). They fit fine, but I normally wear either a 6 or an 8 in pants, so would say these run small. I expected more from these pants since they were not inexpensive, and they are fine, but that's it, just fine. I wouldn't buy them again, though.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by On a Budget from Maryland on Sunday, April 13, 2014These pants are the closest I could find that fit me in my quest for decent hiking pants.
Easy to clean
Can roll up from the bottom for capris and maybe even shorts when it gets hot
Long length (35" inseam) which is great if you're tall or short because you can easily hem them. Too many manufactures haven't gotten this point and make their pants with antiquated 32" inseams while more women have gotten taller in the past two generations.
Lower than I'd like waist (Not Your Daughter's Jeans hits right below the belly button which is the sweet spot for comfort). These pants hit about 1 1/2 - 2" below the belly button.
Limited color choices (no light gray, purple, pink, etc.)
Still look like hiking pants, but better than many others that scream hiking pants. Can someone please design hiking pants that can go from the trail to the city?
The thigh area could use an extra 1/2" around for a bit more comfort (and my legs aren't fat)
These pants will do for now, but my search continues...
I do want to give a shout out to Sierra Trading Post which offered a decent price, delivered the pants quickly and made it easy for me to exchange a pair that was defective. Thank you!
