    This shirt is very warm and despite its blah color, the cut of the shirt is flattering and I do find myself wearing it to work. Very warm yet breathable, Though it is warm, it does not block wind well so it will do well under a light windbreaker or a light jacket.

    Love Arcteryx and have much of it. I love this shirt but I'm sending it back b/c it is smaller than I like to wear. I am usually a small-med size and this fits tighter than I like. I would reorder in the lrg if Sierra had it. Sad to send it back b/c I love all the other products by Arcteryx and this is great price!!

    Have not worn the shirt out in the cool weather, but love it. It is soft and warm,without being bulky. The ends of the sleeves are fitted to a woman's typical smaller wrists. I'm 5'7", and the sleeves are the perfect length.This shirt is flattering,& long enough to be tucked in without coming out of your pants waistband.

    The fleece is very soft next to the skin. A warm, fitted underlayer. I will be wearing it on Mt. Washington in NH in February for snow camping. Looks perfect. Breathable. Worth the cost.

    This shirt is terrific. I bought it in all 3 colors (I've never done that before). It has a very cute, stylish look but is still extremely functional. VERY warm- surprisingly so for how lightweight it is. Has a trim fit and I wear this alone or as a base layer. Looks great under a vest or by itself. Great with jeans or for a hike. IMO, it is too warm to run in for all but the coldest of temperatures but that isn't why I bought it. I think it is pretty stylish and great for errands, hiking, wearing around the house, etc. Seriously, one of the coolest things I own. SO GLAD I bought all three! I wear a small and this fits true to size.
