[...]. Maybe because how can you knock Arc'Teryx??Normally I LOVE everything Arc'Teryx. I was excited to get this pullover and thought it would be a favorite for running and hiking in cool weather. A classy looking replacement for a sweatshirt. However, when I put it on I felt uncomfortable and knew it wouldn't work.It feels constraining, a bit stiff and heavy, could be quite warm but you couldn't zip it open to cool off. And yet it is probably not very windproof, so you could get chilled if a stiff cold wind kicked up. It would take a large jacket to layer over it, and add to the constricted feeling. On a slightly cool day here in the Rocky Mountains I am comfortable in a light sweatshirt or hoody. On a colder day a windproof jacket is a must.Appearance wise, I have a long torso for my 5'6" height, and the jacket hits me halfway between my waist and crotch, right at the widest point of my hips. This is unflattering, and another four or five inches in length would look much better.So back it goes. Maybe someone else can make it work.
