Arc'teryx Stiletto Pullover - Polartec® Thermal Pro® (For Women)

Will use for XC skiing -- zipper long enough to provide that needed ventilation when I get warm. It is a little tight where sleeve joins the body -- often find this with Arcteryx -- and I am not a big person. But can deal with it -- just does not leave a lot of room for layering.

I would not have selected either "aloe" color or the unusual zipper; however, I love this pullover. Layered under a down sweater, I have been super warm. And when the temperature climbs I have been very comfortable for walking my dogs, hiking and the first kayak trip of the season (under my splash jacket). I have even received compliments on the color.

I was skeptical about the placement of the zipper and the color. Once I tried it on with the compliments I received I decided to keep it. It has become a favorite to wear on a cold day with jeans.

I wear as a casual outer shirt for warmth at work. I also use when I go snowshoeing.

I gave this as a gift to a friend. She loved it. I tried it on to verify it would fit her (we are same size) and the fit was true to size. I loved how comfortable it was most of all. She will be wearing it for skiing and to the gym.

The color is bit on the ugly side and the angle zipper is a quixotic attempt at innovation, a fine try but not quite right.

I am 5' 6" and 141 lbs and size L fits really well. The shirt fits really well under the soft shell jacket and it doesn't "stick" the the thin fleece lining of the shell. Hair gets a little static when pulling the shirt on or off, but that's the case will all pullovers.

Again - wish with all my heart that this would fit but... to small and ordered larger then normal. I thought about going one size bigger but it would have been to big around the body to get the length I need. High quality shirt/sweater/light jacket but it had to go back as well. Another so sad.

After reading other reviews I wasn't sure about this jacket especially one that described the fabric as stiff. I agree that this particular polar fleece is not the softest but it has a nice drape. I agree with the sizing. It is not cut to be large so if you want to layer get a size up. I got the medium and it will be fine with a light shirt underneath. All in all, I like the jacket; the asymmetric zipper is a nice touch. I like the fact that it's made in Canada (if that's really true).

This product is mostly intended as a comfort layer for cold weather usage (Alaskan Winter in a cabin), but has the mobility to be used as late in the year adventure wear and as a mid layer for winter activities. On a side note, Arc'Teryx is a leader in adventure wear and getting there pieces at a discounted price is always a good thing.
