the fit for me was spot on. I'm 6'4" and 285lbs. I purchased the 3XL and I am very pleased with it. I was warm and comfortable sitting all day long on my deer stand in 30F temps in Michigan. this bib actially was warmer then my new (not artic shield) parka.
I had on a thermal long john base layer, fleece wader pants and this bib. my legs NEVER even got cold. in my old bib i would wear two thermal (long johns) layers and a pair of insulated jeans under my bib and still I could feel the cold seeping into my legs. I dont know what else to say but buy this and be warm or don't and freeze. your choice!!!!!
p.s. I'm returning the parka to get a different one.......guess what brand I'm going to buy!!!!
p.p.s. i no longer need to cary my propane heater out to my stand.
Question
“How high up the leg do the zippers run? It is much easier for getting them on or off wearing boots if the zippers are a few inches from the waist. We cannot tell the length of the zippers from the picture.|Thanks, Kat”
