I wear a 27XL in the Truquoise and the Ruby are extremely tight on my butt and thighs... they.kind of smoosh my butt down until I have "mom butt" so not too flattering a look I am going to try to exchange them for a larger size and see if it works out. If not, the Turquoise are absolutely fabulous.

They do seem to run a little long, or at least the 36" inseam seems to be longer than I've encountered previously. I ordered them for riding jeans (horses), and they'll work just fine. The denim is slightly thinner than I expected.
