    Was hoping this would fit. But its more of a 43 to 42 short and not a 46 short. I am returning this jacket. I would recommend to a friend but warn them that they would have to be careful with the fit.

    This was a major disappointment! It must have been mislabeled! It was tagged as a 42S and it felt like a 36 or 38S! It was a beautiful sportcoat for someone even smaller than I!

    I'm in that size range between 40 and 42, so I took to heart other reviewers' comments about this jacket fitting on the small side and ordered the 42. It fits really nicely. After a few wears I might have a tailor take a look, but it doesn't seem like anything major will be needed. Great jacket at a terrific price.

    I am 5'9" and 170lbs. with an athletic build and this jacket fits me perfectly out of the box. I can see how it may be a little snug if you have a beer belly, but it really is true to size. I wear a 44R and it fits exactly how my other jackets fit. The material is very soft and lightweight.
