He uses them to run during all practices for indoor track, outdoor track and cross country. During cross season he wears them on the road, in the woods, etc. to train. He runs 4-7 miles per day 6-7 days a week at the pace of a State qualifier. I looked all over the web to find these for him again. Sierra Trading Post saved the day and we are very happy with the product and service.
