Tried on DOZENS of shoes locally & everything hurt. In desperation, ordered 6 pairs from STP -- kept 3 pairs. Extravagant, yes, but I sooooo needed new shoes & figured I might stay sound longer if I could rotate types. I'm 5' 10" & 122 lbs. Ordered half size larger per others' recommendations. Wonderfully cushioned & I don;'t have to lace them tightly to keep my feet from sliding around inside them. VERY pleased with these!!!

They fit great. I use my own custom orthotics instead of the insert that comes with the shoe and so the support and cushioning are what I need. I've heard some people say that the Gel-Cumulus doesn't hold up well, but so far I've had no problems. I rotate my shoes and wear these about every other day. I really like how the forefoot top is constructed on the big toe. I've struggle with a degenerative joint/pre-bunion like issue and it is stretchy and non restrictive. Great for me!

They are breathable and have a great fit. I have been wearing a size 10 in Asics for a long time but the 10 was too roomy and the 9.5 fits perfectly, so you may think about ordering a 1/2 size smaller, especially if you are a borderline size. I love the turquoise ones - thank goodness the shoe designers finally realized that women want to look hot when they run!

I especially like the wide toe box. The heel cup is very deep which temporarily rubbed my Achilles in a strange way, but I soon got used to it.
