Asics GEL-Fluent TR Cross Training Shoes (For Women)

These shoes were purchased for my daughter to use during spring track season. They are great running shoes.

These shoes are really good, lightweight and comfortable. They also work well with orthotics. They are a good for all the activities I do - light jogging and gym.

Very comfortable and has good support. I wear a size 5 1/2 to a 6 in a street shoe, with slightly wide feet and the size 5 1/2 fits great. I wear these to the gym, good support on the elliptical. I have bad knees (torn ACL's) and these shoes really give great support and traction.

I needed a new shoe to teach aerobics (High/Low, Step, Strength) in. I have always purchased a "studio" shoe but they are getting few and far between. Need lateral support and a sole without too much "grip". Would like a little more cushion in the forefoot but for the money and convenience I think they will do just fine. Only time will tell. I do order a 6.5 in running shoes to allow for some swelling of the feet, but order 6 in these. I prefer a snugger fit in the gym, greater variety of movements make slippage of the shoe annoying. These fit well. I normally wear a 5.5 to 6 in a street shoe.
