“I have flat feet so the appropriate amount of arch support is critcal. I started using Asics about 10 years ago when I took up running. They are comfortable, durable and provide great support. The Asics GEL-Foundation 7 is my favorite pair yet. I use them for daily wear and at the gym. I actually bought two extra pair just in case the next version of Gel Foundation shoes did not reach this level of comfort. I did find that you do need to order 1/2 to 1 full size larger than normal.”
