Caution if you have this combination of conditions, large size foot running Marathons. This shoe has a breakdown of the vinyl wings that support the pinky and next toe. The vinyl crimps inward to the foot and creates a friction/stresspoint on the foot. This condition occurred during a 22 mile long run, and was only remediated by cutting the U-shaped vinyl out, which alters the shoe's supportive engineering. I can only say that this occurs for my size.

Shoe is soft & comfy, sole is flexible, so running on flat surfaces only. would buy again.

I work on concrete flooring every day for at least 8 hours a day. I am diabetic and in the summer it is imperative that I have shoes that allow ventailation to keep my feet cool - these more than fit the bill!!! These shoes are comfortable to the day I find that I have worn them out...by that time Sierra has had another sale and I have bought at least 2 more pairs...I highly recommend them.

i ran two marathons in brooks exclusively, and this is my first pair of asics. not only are they a little cheaper, they seem lighter and stronger; greater stabilty overall. i am pleased w/ these shoes but go a half size up.

After reading the reviews and recommendation to buy a half size bigger, it was relatively easy to get it right. Shoes are very comfortable and look great which is what you would expect from 'Asics'. I would highly recommend this product to anyone. Make sure you check for size alterations on the website Ie. ' Run is half size smaller'. Great shoes.

I usually wear Asics and this pair/model runs small and tight in the toes. Good price and hopefully they break in.

I ordered these 1/2 size bigger just like you recommended and they fit perfect. They are definitley sized 1/2 size small. Thank you for that information when ordering.

Have not used the product as yet but it does feel great. Always have had good luck with Asics

I have flat feet so the appropriate amount of arch support is critcal. I started using Asics about 10 years ago when I took up running. They are comfortable, durable and provide great support. The Asics GEL-Foundation 7 is my favorite pair yet. I use them for daily wear and at the gym. I actually bought two extra pair just in case the next version of Gel Foundation shoes did not reach this level of comfort. I did find that you do need to order 1/2 to 1 full size larger than normal.
