I am almost always a 10 and sometimes a 10.5 or 9.5 but I would have needed an 11 with these. Also the soles seem like they wouldn't last long as a trail shoe but I haven't tested them.

I have bought many pairs of asics running shoes, I wear a 8 1/2. I am thankful I read the prior reviews on the shoes, as I ordered a size up, and they fit perfect. These are great lightweight workout shoes for the gym. I do not plan on using them for running, but for gym use they are ideal.

If you want trail runners, ASICS makes some good ones, but steer far from these.

I normally wear size 7 but I could barely get the shoe on my foot in that size. The detail is an overlay, it looks like an iron on decal. Basically expect it to start to peel/rip over time. The cushioning seemed ok. Unfortunately I had to return these because of the size issue. I decided not to exchance them because of how poorly they fit around the ankle. The shoes were bulging on the ankle of my left foot, I have never experienced this before with any other shoe. If you have thin, narrow feet these shoes may work for you.
