    I am currently running outdoor/spring track. For at least the past 7 months I have been training non-stop for cross country, and distance indoor/outdoor track. These shoes meet all of my workout needs very well. I do a good 50 miles in an average week. A lot of those miles comes from track workouts and speed workouts. These shoes perform exceptionally for everything I throw at them.

    I've been having problems finding a shoe with a roomy toe box. All my shoes were squishing my toes together and resulting in toe injurys and abrasions. This shoe remedied this problem. I have only owned the shoe about a week so don't know how durable it will be, but I'm going to order another pair for a back up.
