“I use this shoe on gravel roads and some trail. It has a wide sole for good stability. Good traction on an inch of fresh snow on gravel, some slipping on snow on pavement. My past experience with asics is that they run a little small so I ordered a half size larger and was glad I did. The shoe may be a touch low on forefoot cushioning. Great comfort.”
