I've worn Asics for years because they provide the best foot support and comfort. Most of my Asics are regular running shoes, but this trail running shoe has the same qualities.

This is my second pair of the GT 2120s. I don't use them for running, mostly for the gym and casual wear. Comfortable and supportive. It is true that ASICS tend to run half size smaller. I'm a true size 10, but always order 10 1/2 ASICS.

run 12-18 miles/week on the shoes, mostly trail, not as soft as the 2120 road shoe but wears much better. This is my 3rd pair.

Read the shoe size ording recommendations - they seem to run 1/2 to 1 size small - not sure why.

This is the most stable running shoe I own. I have tried many styles and brands, but I know I know this shoe will handle both rough terrain and gym surfaces.

These are very nice shoes for the right application. They are mild enough to be used on pavement. I would not want to take these on technical trails, as there is not much more support and protection than a regular pair of running shoes.
