“i average about 40 miles a week in these shoes and they are the best fitting running shoes i've ever worn. the soles (probably due to the fact that they are trail shoes) hang in there a lot longer than the average running shoe. i over-pronate and wear these shoes with a superfeet insole. i also have a high arch- these shoes are very supportive. they are probably not the best for road running, but i use them for that and for trails and they do just fine.”
