    Fast fit, Great Support, Light Weight
    Cons:
    High arch needs an insert
    Best Uses:
    Also good on tracks, Trail running all terrain
    Bottom Line:
    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    I have used Asics Gel shoes in cross country training and racing for years and stand by them all the way. This Asics line up to the current 2130+ are excellent all around. Great fit, great support, and usually great price; even better at Sierra Trading Post.
