After much research online and comparing different products and brands i decided to go for the Asolo Atlantis. I am so happy with these boots! there was no wear in period as i strolled around the house for a couple days wearing these boots and then went on a 9 hour hike! no blisters or pain, kept my feet dry and warm and had great ankle support. Last time i went for a hike with the wrong tramping boots and ended up with wet feet, blisters and a blue toenail....100% improvement. Sierra Trading post provided super affordable pricing and quick delivery, very impressed. im looking forward to my next hike and cant wait to slip these super shoes onto my feet! i did go half a size up and wore an extra pair of socks for a perfect fit. would highly recommend!

This is my second pair of Asolo boots. Both pairs are comfortable and supportive. They are also well constructed and strong. I'm now a brand loyal customer. I can't believe I never heard of them until I started shopping at Sierra Trading! Good boots and good customer service from Sierra Trading. Thank you!

These books are great. My first trip out was a 6 mile hike in muddy, snowy, hilly terrain. The boots not only kept my feet warm, they were comfortable right out of the box ~ requiring no breakin. I hiked in snow for most of the 6 miles and did not experience any wetness to my feet. I have narrow feet and these boots were perfect. I ordered my normal shoe size and it felt a tad large but it gives my feet room to expand come hot, summer hiking. I am a Asolo believer and so is my son, who also has a narrow foot.

i am still to use the product outdoor - have only tried it on and on the stairs in my apartment for traction. it fits soft and sterdy, light, and grips pretty well. i usually wear size 10 but 9.5 fits perfectly. i am very hopeful that these boots are going to serve their purpose well on my next hiking and backpacking trip, since they surely are designed pretty well.

I have owned asolo's before. Sometimes they run large, but this boot fit my 9.5 feet perfectly. I have a narrow heel and there is no rubbing or lifting with these. The lateral stability is very good and the boot works well with medium weight wool hiking socks. I especially liked the locking gromett for the laces so as you are tying up the boot the laces don't loosen. I ordered 2 other hiking boots, different makes to try also and the asolo's were far superior, so the others were returned for refund.

We use these boots exclusively for backpacking. We tried the Asolo 520, but they were stiff and heavy. These boots are lighter weight, comfortable, and I love the locking laces - makes it easy to adjust how tight they are for my finicky feet. My feet are on the verge of narrow, and these boots fit perfectly!

This boot seems to be sturdy and durable but was too high for me. I needed to exchange it for another Asolo hiking boot. Previously, I had owned another model for many years and was very satisfied with it. I'm hoping this second pair will be a good repacement.

These are my second Asolos and they have proved a great replacement to my old pair. I purchased them for all-day or overnight hikes, but I've worn them on a few shorter hikes because they have everything I need for the trail: waterproof, comfortable, and good on flat or rocky terrain. I have a weak right ankle and the boot gives it very good support. They feel relatively light on your feet (for over the ankle hiking boots), have a strong toe, and so far I have no complaints.
