Asolo Attiva Gore-Tex® Hiking Boots - Waterproof (For Women)

These boots are seriously the best pair I've ever owned. Many boots claim to be "waterproof" but these truly did the trick. I took them out for the first time snowshoeing on an 8 hour/10+ mile trek through single digit temperatures, and my feet stayed 100% warm, dry and comfortable - not a single blister at the end of the day (which is more than I can say for my previous boots, a pair of North Face). At one point early into the hike I (accidently) stepped through an icy stream with water up to my ankle - and not a drop went through the boots! I would note that the heel is a bit of a narrow fit - it was completely comfortable for me, but might be too snug for those with wide feet/

I really loved the look of these hiking boots but unlike other Asolo footwear of mine, these felt narrow in the toe box. The rubber material at the end of the shoe is good for protecting the boot, but rubbed the side of foot/little toe. I wish they would have worked because I love Asolo footwear. Great service with STP, as always!

I own many types of boots and border line being a boot collector, LOL. On occasion I purchase womens boots when there is a style that I really like. I tried two different sizes but unfortunately both were just too narrow. I still gave these boots five stars as they were well built and looked great. My issue with fit was due to trying to fit a womens boot on a mans foot.

First hike: No hotspots, no blisters. Went through snow, ice, slush and stayed dry. Did 6.5 miles out of the box with no problems!! These are keepers.

Back on the Appellation trail with these comfortable boots by Asolo. This is my second new pair. STP affordability allows me to keep another pair in Hawaii to hike the volcanos.
