Took these boots to Mount Whitney, California. No blisters. Never felt my feet cold. I was amazed. They were easy to break in and they looked great. I am a size 9 and I bought a size 9. Perfect size. There is a bit of room left so you are truly comfortable. Buy your same street size is my advice.

I bought these womens boots (I'm a guy) because I have a narrow foot and generally womens boots are more narrow. They are a solid boot as advertised. Very stiff they are perfect for crampons, kicking steps, and holding the side of your foot on steep sidehills. They do run large as advertised, maybe even 1 full size large. I to send the first pair back but Sierra was great and I had the other pair in just a few days. Make sure to wear them for extended periods before heading out on a trip. You don't really break them in, you break your foot into them! Happy climbing, hiking, hunting or whatever you use them for!

It is a very "ready-to-wear" boot. It is ready to go right out of the box. It is a very light boot so is perfect for heavy-duty day hikes or light glacier travel/light mountaineering. I bought a pair of Petzl Vasek crampons and they fit perfectly which is a treat as I have size 36 boots. One word of warning is to listen to the suggestions to buy a smaller size than usual. I am a US 6.5 in running shoes and I ended up returning the 6.5 and got a 6 instead. They are a big fitting boot.

look like great boots and seem to fit well right out of the box. I have yet to actually try them so couldn't give them 5 stars - will have to wait until winter. Plan on using them for ice climbing with crampons and mountaineering.

I have worn these just around the house so far - haven't been on a major hike yet. But they fit like my other Asolo's, which is a good sign. Before these, I had La Sportiva's that gave me bad blisters, even after months of use - I think they were too narrow and just didn't fit well. If you like Asolo's in general, you'll probably like these boots. I also like the fact that they're GoreTex.

These boots fit well, based upon STP's advice--order 1/2 size smaller. I wear a 9 and the 8.5 is a perfect fit. They offer great stability. They have stiff, crampon-compatible soles, but have enough "rock" designed so that hiking flat ground for several miles or more is comfy. However, they are not a "hiking boot". The bright blue color grows on you. Nice boots, great buy.

It really helps a lot in my mountain-climbing, especially a long-term trip, such as seven days or more.

As STP notes, these boots are a 1/2 size bigger than the size posted. I wear a Women's 9, but ordered the 8.5. They are perfect (40 2/3 or men's 7.5 US)-- a bit more narrow than the Men's 7.5 Titans, which I also ordered for comparison (And which also fit well--but are a squidge too wide.) The Broad Peaks are every bit as tough and well -made as the Titans (But in Fluorecent powder-blue so as not to be missed--WHY do all manufactures assume that whatever outdoor gear they make for Women MUST be pink or some other outlandish color?) For my size 9 medium-width, low volume, low-arch feet, the boots are a perfect fit. Heel is nice and narrow. Lacing hardware is a bit more rinky-dink than the Titans, but it is servicable, and works well. As a geologist, I spend a lot of outdoor time on rocks and above treeline as well as doing mountaineering in the Cascades and N Cascades. These pro-level boots are perfect--very stiff and inflexible, with serious accommodations for crampons. They are NOT a "hiking boot" but they have enough "rock" so that they can be worn on trails to get to the high country. An excellent buy [...].
