“These boots fit well, based upon STP's advice--order 1/2 size smaller. I wear a 9 and the 8.5 is a perfect fit. They offer great stability. They have stiff, crampon-compatible soles, but have enough "rock" designed so that hiking flat ground for several miles or more is comfy. However, they are not a "hiking boot". The bright blue color grows on you. Nice boots, great buy.”
