I bought these to get me through the rest of the winter (Feb. and beyond) Nice and flexible, not hard, heavy rubber. Also comfortable on the feet. I use wool socks which help. I like the taupe color with jeans. Great boots, stylish as well as practical for wearing to work and shoveling out the drive! Great sale price too.

They fit well and have good insulation. Have worn them and probably didn't need the extra layer of socks. East to lace up and love how they look. So glad I bought these and STP had a great buy. And of course the service, shipping, etc. is always great with STP.

Glad I bought these bootsReviewed by Living life on the edge from Washington State on Monday, January 13, 2014Asolo shoes and boots fit my foot perfectly, I like that your heel sits slightly lower than the rest of your foot and I like that I use my entire foot from heel to toe with each step, and I can still feel the ground beneath my feet with plenty of traction, support and comfort. The quality is exceptional, not flashy. It rains a lot where I live and we have temperatures in the 20's & 30's during winter months, I wanted something warmer to wear on my light hikes than my Asolo Shiver Trail shoes, which I love, and these boots have exactly the same sole as those. I wore these for 10 hours on the first day and forgot I even had them on. I try and buy American made products when I can, but haven't found anything that comes close to Asolo fit and comfort, these are made in Romania, the quality is amazing, I'd recommend these in a heartbeat.

I ordered a 1/2 larger so I can replace the pitiful insert with my custom molded shoe insert. They fit great and feel great. This is my first pair of Asolo Boots and I love this new style and they are very light weight. Great buy with my 35% Sierra trading Post deal flyer.
