    These seem to be quite good. I wore them around the house a bit and the soles seem narrow but they wound up being comfortable. I haven't tried them in yucky weather yet but they look promising.

    These are very high quality, well-constructed boots. They fit true to size and will keep my feet dry in the snow. My only complaint is that the gator is uncomfortable and rubs on the front of my shin/upper ankle. It will be necessary to wear high socks to prevent chafing. For boots at this price, it would be nice if Asolo had paid attention to this detail.

    I hike/walk several miles per day, every day, in all kinds of weather. Boot is astonishingly comfortable with great support and a wonderful fit. The tread is shallow and I haven't tried it out on deep snow yet. The gator is a good concept, but is not adjustable to fit snuggly around the ankle, therefore making it irrelevant. The gator makes entry somewhat of a chore.
