    fit to size with some room for thick socks. easy enough to get on. but had to return them because top of shoe had no give, they hurt my shins- and i think would have eventually bruised them!

    This is a great hiking boot. The gator is nice but it is best to wear long socks or else it can be scratchy. Perfect for winter hiking. Warm, dry and comfortable!
