Well made light boot

Boots are well made with nice detail on craftsmanship. Ran a little large and was returned for a size smaller.
Low break-in time, but only in pressure points of the tongue (near ankle bones). Small amount of flex in the heel, good for walking, but would not recommend a backpack with any weight.
I live in the South, and in warmer temps (80-90 deg.) had sweaty feet, after full day use (working) had smelly feet. I will use these in our short winter and they will work well.
I tried these for something different, normally I wear Lowa boots, as I write this Lowa's are on my feet. Asolo make a good product, but will NOT buy again unless they have a pair with-out gortex. This is mostly to personal preference.
