“way too big, (otherwise good)”

“I have a large/wide foot size 9.5/10. I ordered a size 9.5 women's and the shoes that I received were at least 2 sizes too long and fit in the width (which is rare for me..so if your foot is narrow or normal it would probably be too wide as my foot is super wide- My husband wears an 11.5 men's shoe and my foot is 1/2 inch wider than his at the widest spot) I believe they sent me a men's shoe (as someone else also commented on here...I should have paid attention to that comment) The Brand's item numbr on the shoe was different from the brand's item number on the box. STP has assured me that they are indeed women's shoes and they are sending me a replacement pair. They have also assured me that this new pair/box has matching item numbers. I am hopeful and will give an update when I receive them.”
