    Cons:
    Not Water Resistant
    Best Uses:
    Mixed Terrain
    Describe Yourself:

I chose these shoes because of past success with the Asolo brand. I own and operate a moderate sized riding facility and am on my feet 15 hours a day. Except when mounted I live in these shoes - good supportive shoes are a must and these fit the bill.

I was so excited to get these because the color was great. Sadly, the size 8.5 (which was perfect in length in another pair of Asolo's I purchased) felt like a whole size TOO LONG! My foot just swam in them. Unfortunately, they didnt have any others in my size so I had to send them back.

I own (and love) Asolo hiking boots, and when I ordered these in the same size, they are about a half size too big. Compared to the boots, the shoes are about an inch longer! Very strange.

I bought these for travel purposes. They are a little stiff at first, and I've been wearing them to work to break them in. I'm confident that they will wear well after a few more break-in days. The cream color blends well with khaki pants. I already own a pair of size 6 Asolo boots, so I bought the same size in these, and they are perfect. I normally wear a 7 in regular shoes, 7.5 in running shoes.

I really, really like Asolo hiking shoes! This is my second pair, and I could not be happier with them. Asolo shoes are one of the few brands that have a relatively narrow heel with plenty of space across the foot and toes.

I have toe issue, had surgery on top of metatarsal joint. These shoes feel great, have room, are stiff enough so toe doesn't bend too much and can't get jammed if I kick a root or a rock.
