Ordered shoes 1/2 size smaller than my normal size. They were still too big which may have been my fault, but they had 0 arch and 0 cushion. I sent them back.

The advice that it ran large was perfect. I needed that extra room at the toe. Good toe box depth. Replaced insole with my orthotic and was able to be on my feet without pain all day.

I am disappointed that I had to return these shoes because the toe box is narrow. I was warned that the size runs large. It said to order a whole size smaller - I wear size 10 but ordered 9 1/2 which was just right. They are good looking, a bit stiff which will probably soften with wear. Except for the toe box I had no complaints. They are nicer looking than most of that type of shoe.
