Asolo Master Gore-Tex® Fleece-Lined Boots - Waterproof, Multi-Sport (For Women)

I bought these boots for a fall backpacking trip where I needed to cross snow fields. I liked that they had excellent traction on snow, and they were very lightweight and waterproof. But after only one week of hiking in rocky terrain, both boots had holes in them. Maybe they would last longer if you only use them in the snow, but I would have expected better from Asolo. Unlike others, I found that these boots ran about 1/2 to 1 size large.

This was the third pair of snow boots we tried for my husband, who has a very narrow foot and heel. We found that womens boots generally run narrower than mens, and this was the perfect fit for him! No heel slipping, warm and waterproof, he loves wearing them for his daily commute which includes 4 miles of walking.

Right now worn on campus, walking the dog in wet and snow. Comfortable to wear inside or outside.

I got these boots for walking on campus in the snow and rain in cold weather. They are very light-weight, super cute (not bulky at all, very slim and stylish), warm, and comfortable. I only got them today, but I don't think I'll need to break-in. Wonderful boots for a great price! I would recommend them to anyone.
