The boots are very comfortable and warm. Too warm than I expected )). Finaly with regret I returned them because I already have warm boots. I have rated 4 stars because absolutely had no expirience about durability, waterproofness, etc.

This is my first pair of cold weather boots and I am very pleased that I got these Asolo boots! They are extremely warm and water-proof. Plus they look really cool like a euro sport shoe! I moved to Wiscosin from California and I am glad I purchased these warm, fleece lined, water-proof boots. Further, these are just plain high quality boots at an excellent price!

I use these boots for hiking on the small mountains around town. The only other brand I've tried are Vasques, and these boots are much better. I go hiking 4 times a week, and I was lucky to get 4 months out of a pair of Vasques. I get 6 months out of these, which makes them less expensive over time. The traction is better and I've noticed that even when they do slip, they tend to catch better/quicker. The only negative I can even think of is that I tried using a thicker insert, but due to the tight fit, there wasn't enough room.

Wear everyday for work. Comfortable and great looking. I believe Asolo makes the best boots for my feet. I won't by any other brand, the fit is perfect!

Well-made solid comfortable boot. We haven't tested in wet conditions, but should hold up. Our only concerns are the poorer traction system and overall quality over time as compared to more pricey and heavier boots and the water-resistance over time. However, nice to have a pair that is very comfortable right out of the box.

This boot is made with a narrow cut, and fits very well for people with a narrow foot. My husband has always had trouble finding men's shoes that fit his narrow foot (most boots have too high a volume, or are way too wide), and these Asolo boots are perfect.

These boots are ok, but the main problem is their lack of stability. The tread is very narrow, meaning that it's incredibly easy to twist your ankle. Additionally, the traction is the least aggressive I've seen on anything labeled as a "hiking" boot. They may good for cold weather or wintersports, but I wouldn't take them on anything resembling a real hike.

I have used these boots daily under light conditions and in only 6 months the sole and welt have already started to come apart. They were comfortable, dry and lightweight while they lasted though.
