Asolo Mystic Gore-Tex® Suede Boots - Waterproof (For Women)

I really like these. They are lightweight, look like work boots, and waterproof. They offer no arch support and are not insulated, but I was not looking for either in this boot. I just wanted a lightweight, waterproof boot that I could use in the rain and snow, and these are perfect.

size appears larger than usual, consider ordering 1/2 or full size smaller

I've never purchased an Asolo product before, but I absolutely LOVE these boots. I have trouble finding snow boots that fit (narrow heel), but these fit amazingly well. Because the laces run the entire length of the boot, they are thoroughly adjustable. The boots are lightweight, not at all clunky, and shapely (as far as snow boots can be shapely). More like a sneaker in weight and fit. My only concern is the fuschia/grey combination, which would not have been my first choice, but the price was so good...that I decided "snow boots should be fun," and I'm willing to walk around with cheerful feet this winter.

nice boots, but gather at ankles. i had to get the off-white as it was the only color in my size. it shows dirt very easily.

Didn't have to break them in. The boots offer good ankle support and fit snugly around the legs. Easy on and off.

I bought these to have something waterproof for winter city walks (NOT hiking); for me, they don't have enough ankle and arch support for the mountains, and I already have a great pair of leather hiking boots. My feet are narrow so I use a very thick sock in these. The pink is a great color. Getting in and out of these takes more than a second because of the lacing, but at least you can adjust them to fit.

I have these boots in both the silver and the blue colors, and love them so much that I wanted the dressier blacks as well.But, I was too late to get them on sale in my exact 8.5 size; so I thought I would see if an 8 would be okay. NOPE! Too short! Do not do it! I had to return the beautiful black pair and cannot now get them cause they are sold out completely! =( What is so great about the style is the fact that I can tie the boots from top to toe and obtain a perfect, nonslip fit for my somewhat narrower foot. The only way to go if you have width issues buying footwear...
