Love these boots. My 3rd pair of Asolo's and by far the best pair. Break in is pretty quick. They are really comfortable, light and offer much needed support.

These are good day hiking boots, very waterproof. A bit rigid for long hikes. Could use a bit more more cusion inside. Tread is a bit slipery on wet rocks along waterways.

This is a great boot and if it is any kind of indicator of the quality for all Asolo products, I am hooked for life. I think I found a boot that will make it through more than one season of Hiking/climbing here in the rocky mountains of Southern Arizona.

These boots fulfilled almost all my hopes for a shoe with good support, especially for the truly excellent ankle support from the high-tops. But toes and heels also feel great. No break-in was needed. I like a strong, well constructed boot. My only negative comment would be that the "EVA foot bed" is not quite as cushioned as I would wish, but I wear heavy woolen socks, so that takes care of it. Also beautiful green color. This is the first pair of Asolos I have bought. I have two other brands that I prefer but I will add Asolo to my A-list. Am totally enjoying these boots!

It's crazy! Out of the box perfect fit, sight unseen. A cohort has been in Also's (FSN's for years and they never aged, always looked out of the box new). Saw the Syncro GTX here, bought them as noted above, perfect on the first try! Just amazing! Love them so much I bought the Prism's for Fall through Spring. They fit like a glove, light-ish with the same proprietary tread assembly. These are fine mid weight hikers, with better lateral support than the Syncro (an extra 5 oz/boot), for those with ankle concerns, not a lot of extra weight either. These are still nimble hikers.

I am an outdoor instructor and do lot of hiking. though i been using this shoe not for that long but so far it seem al good. it is very comfortable and water resistance for sure. This one has a proper traction and does not provide any heat from the bottom, the overall it is a very sturdy shoe and got a great shape and style. I am confident that it will last a year with regular use easily.

This is my second set of Asolos. I bought these because of the high ankle to be able to tackle rougher terrain. Break-in was a little longer, but welll worth it. I love the distinctive color too. So far a great all-round boot, Asolo seems to be a great boot maker! Still waiting to see how they do this winter.

These are great boots. They look good and seem to be well built. The only complaint is they are not quite as comfortable on the bottom for the foot strike as I like. I threw in a pair of Dr. Scholl's massaging gels and now they're perfect. I have owned Asolo's before and they are great boots. So are these.
