“Good boots but a narrow fit.”

“Seems to be a good sturdy boot so far. I've only logged about fifteen miles so far and without a load but the boots feel very supportive. They are comfortable for hiking and everyday walking. My only con so far is that the boots seem awfully narrow. I bought a size 10 regular width and the toe box on the left foot squeezed my toes. Not to the point of being painful even after several miles of walking but it was noticable enough to be a little uncomfortable. This is of note because I have a rather narrow foot to begin with. I took the boot to a shoe repair store and had it stretched and now the boot fits perfectly.If you have a wide foot, these boots probably aren't for you. Going up half a size would not be a bad idea, especially if you wear heavy socks for winter hiking.”
