Through mud, rain, snow, ice, mucking my horses pasture. As always Also has the roomy toe box and they never hurt my feet. Out of the box with little to no break time. I have worn Aslo's for over 15 years and have never been disappointed.

They are definitely waterproof, they fit to size, they are great for heavy activities and if you are not afraid to get dirty, I do heavy work sometimes, and this seems to provide some protection from falling objects on my toes. I also appreciate the ankle support. The laces are not too tight on my skin ( I get swollen food due to diabetes). sturdy and good. Only problem, takes sometime to get used to the weight, but worth it, it is heavy to protect you.

This is the 2nd pair that I've had. I got them 2 days before going on our first day hike in 3 years. They were comfortable the entire hike. No hot spots and no break-in needed. The front of my left ankle was a little sore for a few days after th hike - felt a little bruised - perhaps the laces on that leg were tied too tight? Didn't have the same issue on my right ankle. Otherwise they felt really comfortable!

Very high quality compared to other boots I have l looked at. My foot is narrow, and these boots seem to fit that type of foot very well, with plenty of room in the toe box. I usually wear an 8.5. I ordered an 8.5 and they fit perfectly.
