    Great for hiking, needed a couple of days to soften up. No blistering on day hikes. Extremely comfortable I could wear them all day! I read a lot of reviews and this is the boot that caught my attention. It was a reasonable price and I can tell I will be wearing them for a long time.

    This is my third pair of Asolo boots. I use them year round while working in the middle east. It is mountainous terrain that requires more than the average boot. Although I love my Asolo boots, I replace the inserts with more cushioned inserts that have more arch support. The last thing I want to worry about when I'm in the middle east are my boots, so these boots are right for the job!

    These boots were very heavy and stiff right out of the box, contrary to what many reviewers said. These boots also have a hideous silver swatch, which if I kept the boot I would have painted or something. The fit wasn't right for me. Guess I better stick to the Futive GTX, which I have bought/used since it's inception.
