I am always searching for a waterproof trail shoe for my daily walks, runs, or hikes. These meet my needs perfectly, although be sure to pay attention to the size-down advice. I found a half-size down was enough for me. These shoes are comfortable without any breaking in period, and they look pretty cool too.

Great waterproof shoe with excellent durability. Asolo light trail shoes outlast any other brand I have tried. Runs very large. I normally take size 8 to 8.5. I bought size 7 which fit great.

I love Asolo footwear and am glad that it runs on the large size as I wear a 10 and the Asolo 10 seems to run just big enough to give me the extra room I like in active footwear. My only complaint with them is that they seem to be built higher in the ankle/heel area and rub a little bit. I'm adjusting to it, but that is my only con for the shoe right now...I've had them for 2 or 3 weeks at this point.

These shoes fit my narrow foot (I ordered a half-size down as suggested), are a good quality, nice-looking, well-made, comfortable shoe. I especially like the gore-tex for protection from the wet weather. If they had arch support they would be perfect.

This is a very nicely made shoe with good looks. I returned it because it was at least one size too big, and maybe more. I would recommend it to a friend only if the sizing was more accurate. Listing additional measures would be helpful. I wear a 40 and that is usually equivalent to a 9.5 to 10 in US sizing. This 9.5 said it was a 42 when it arrived - but did not state this in the online description. Again, very nice shoe, but way too big.

I use these to run in the woods with my dog every morning - even with several inches of snow, they work great paired with a snowpant shell. Provide good stability, but are a bit too firm for an everyday trainer or longer runs - great for hiking. Comfortable around town, and the gusseted tongue keeps snow and muck out. Better traction with these than my hiking boots! Asolo is usually a good fir for me - plenty of toe box room, but perfectly snug in the heel.
