    I have owned a different style of Asolos, but this pair I got for my son. Asolo has appealing designs, and are comfortable from the first day you put them on. They are very well made shoes in respect to materials, design, durability, and performance.

    These shoes are a little stiffer than most, but I found that to be an advantage walking on gravel roads. They are very stable, even on loose rock. I wore out one pair training for the Avon walk and bought two more to use while walking the marathon. The insert has NO support, so I did purchase other supports to use in these shoes. I own Asolo trail runners which have much better arch support.
