Asolo

Just returned from 5 days of quail hunting in Arizona. Boots performed well on hill faces, lava rock, small and large rocks, and on scree. This was my first use of these boots and I am very pleased at this point. The jury is still out on how the soles will wear (I prefer Vibram), but they did fine on this trip and the terrain was mixed from very rugged to open plains. They seem to run small; I ordered a 14 (13 1/2) would have worked but weren't in stock, but I normally take a 12 in a Vasque--allowed for two pair of socks (one polypro and one cushioned sole and plently of toe room).

Great boots. Much better than I even thought they would be. Just took on a winter campout where we were camping at 5 degrees below zero. Standing around at the camp my feet felt a bit too cold. Not bad for how cold it was. Once I started walking, feet felt much better. Great boots!

Never heard of Asolo until I went to your site and having size 14 wide feet doesnt help with most shoes... but along with my size they had a wide fitting.. They are fantastic and I generally am wearing them in the bush as well as everyday.

Great boots and I have been wearing Asolo for years. These boots, however, do run big and I had to exchange them. Good experience exchanging, though.

These shoes require no break-in time. Very comfortable. The first time I wore them I received many positive comments from other women. The ratings I read before I ordered said that you should order one half a size smaller than you usually order - I followed this advice and it is definitely true.

Great for hiking and fording streams.

I now order Asolo's half a size larger or my normal size if the boot is offered in wide width. So, boot fitted good. Asolo boots appear more durable compared to boots in this price range such as merrell, etc.

Order wide width or half size larger. I find Asolo boots tend to be narrow.

Good boots with great support while walking up steep, rocky trails. Order half size larger.
